Design-Build construction services to construct a multi-level parking structure providing a minimum of 627 parking stalls over seven levels, consisting of six stories of parking with structural capacity to support one additional future level. Each level will be approximately 35,650 square feet. The parking structure may be constructed using cast-in-place or precast concrete. The scope of work includes design and construction of the parking structure, electrical and telecommunications rooms, elevators, site work, walkways, access points, wayfinding features, and a parking space counting system. The project will be delivered using FAR Subpart 36.3 Two-Phase Design-Build selection procedures. Phase 1 will consist of submission and evaluation of performance capability proposals addressing past performance, management approach, and staffing, with no pricing required. A limited number of the most highly rated Phase 1 offerors will be invited to Phase 2, which will require submission of a concept design solution, small business participation plan, and price proposal. The project will result in the award of a single firm-fixed-price design-build construction contract with an estimated period of performance of approximately 1,007 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
