Renovation of a fire / police facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Surrey (the "Owner") invites Tenders for main skylight replacement at the Surrey Police Service Headquarters located at 14355 57 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia. The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for replacement of skylight systems and related vertical fenestration walls and windows. The Work includes but is not limited to: o Replacement of skylight systems. o Replacement of vertical fenestration walls and windows. o Remove and replace metal flashings and accessories. o Disconnection, modification, and reconnection of existing ventilation, mechanical, and A/C units as required. o Disconnection, modification, and reconnection of existing Fire Sprinkler system, smoke detectors as required. o Any other repair work deemed necessary.
