Site work and new construction of a stadium in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 95,000-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium.
Acting as the Construction Manager for the City of Surrey, Graham Construction and Engineering LP (Graham) invites select trades to submit Pre-Qualification statements for Cloverdale Sport & Ice Complex. This Invitation for Trade Contractors Pre-Qualification will enable Graham and the City of Surrey to determine your capacity, skill and relevant experience for eligibility to submit proposals and pricing for the identified work packages for the Cloverdale Sport & Ice Complex. The Work of the Contract includes the design and build construction of a new 8800m2 sport complex to house two new NHL sized ice surfaces, change rooms, spectator seating, and supporting facilities. It is Graham's intention to generate a prequalified list of trade contractors to bid on a number of Tender Packages. The current invite is to submit prequalification documents for the following Tender Packages only.
