Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Sewer System Upgrade for the Town of Leesburg including 12,700 LF of 4” PVC Force Main, 3,400 LF of 3” PVC Force Main, 1 EA 4” Gate Valve, 2 EA 3” Gate Valve, 6 EA 2” Air Release/Vacuum Valve, 210 LF Bore and Case with 10” Steel Casing (4” PVC Carrier Pipe), 30 LF of Bore and Case with 6” Steel Casing (3” PVC Carrier Pipe), 5 EA Flushing Connection, 2 EA Connect to Existing Manhole, 1 EA Connect to Existing Force Main and 1 LS Existing Pump Station Upgrade. Prime contractor bidders will be refunded 100% of the plan deposit for one set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. Additional sets obtained shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit. All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
