Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Colchester, Vermont. Completed plans call for the addition of a 45,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of October 6, 2025, the project was awarded to PC Construction but the awarded amount is not available.** SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of a 3-story (2 stories plus basement) 45,000+ SF addition and +/-13,000 SF of renovation to existing construction. Construction type is steel frame with a membrane roof and a variety of exterior siding materials. COST ESTIMATE: The construction budget for each project is approximately $30,000,000 SCHEDULE: Completion is scheduled for early 2027. LOCATION: Porters Point School (PPS) 490 Porters Point Road, PO Box 32 Colchester, Vermont 05446 Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, site development, renovation, and demolition, including general construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection Work.
