The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to the construction of a concrete pad and aggregate base pad for installation of a modular building and utility service connections as further described below. Parking Lot and Site Improvements - The modular building will be located off the existing parking lot located at Dayton High School. The parking lot will be cut into for the installation of a concrete pad for prefabricated metal ramp/stairs. An aggregate pad will be constructed for the modular building and associated utility services. Modular Building The modular office will be procured by LCSD, delivered to the site by others, and installed on a gravel pad prepared by the Contractor. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $150,000. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.
