Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Ana, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of September 10 , 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid. COC B Switchgear Replacement County of Orange is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors , to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for CMAR - COC B Switchgear Replacement Project located at 1300 S. Grand Ave, Building B Santa Ana, CA 92705. The awarded proposal will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price for Design Phase Services between the County and the selected Respondent . The County may, at its sole discretion, exercise its option to negotiate a GMP for the construction of the Project with the CM and will return to the Board of Supervisors for authorization to execute a construction services contract. The budget estimate is approximately $1,900,000.00. All questions/requests for interpretation are due: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 by 2:00 pm Pacific Time.
