Question Deadline 05/02/2025 Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City of Harrison, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, is soliciting sealed bids for the following public works construction project: Force Main to Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Sewer Improvements are all located in the City of Harrison, Idaho in Kootenai County. All bids must be submitted on the Bidder Proposal form provided with the bid documents and signed by the Bidder or the Bidders authorized representative, including name of the contractor, corporation or limited liability company, post office or mailing address, telephone number and email address. In order to be eligible to submit a bid on this project, the bidder shall have a current Idaho Public Works license at the time the bid is submitted and shall otherwise comply with all Idaho public works construction licensing requirements.
