Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to excavate 200 CY of material, install 500 SY of 4" thick and 130 SY of 5" thick concrete sidewalk, 80 CY of drain rock, 50 CY of crushed aggregate base, 40 tons of plant mix pavement, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. In determining the lowest responsive bid, the Owner will consider all acceptable bids on a basis consistent with the bid package. The Owner will also consider whether the bidder is a responsible bidder. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Idaho Falls as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Idaho Falls. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph SC-4.01 of the Supplementary Conditions,
