As of June 3, 2025 project was awarded to Knife River in the amount $1,005,066.06 Int. 25th E. and 49th N. Construction All questions and communications relative to this project shall be directed to the Engineer prior to opening of the Bid Proposals. If your company cannot provide this bond your bid may not be considered responsive. The apparent low bidder will be informed after the bids have been reviewed and a performance bond will be required prior to official award of the contract. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the Owner.
