Renovation of an educational facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of April 10, 2025 bids rejected. No date for rebids yet. Removal and replacement of the fabric roof at Falls Valley and Cloverdale Elementary Schools as specified in bid documents, Bid proposals shall be made out on the forms furnished, shall be sealed and upon the envelope bear the endorsement: "ROOFING BIDS The right is reserved by the Owner to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of the School District Bid Proposal: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. This check or bid bond shall be forfeited in case bidder fails or refused to enter into contract or furnish the Performance Bond required within ten (10) days after date of award. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the bid opening or before contract is awarded unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. All bidders must have a Public Works Contractor's License issued by the State of Idaho. Falls Valley Budget is $400,000 and Cloverdale budget is $900,000 1) Cloverdale - Thomas D.
