The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), and the City of Idaho Falls are seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested firms to submit a proposal for providing project development services for the Holmes; Sunnyside to Taylorview project in Bonneville County This project includes the installation of a center turn lane and pathway along S. Holmes Ave. between Sunnyside Rd. and Taylor View Middle School/Eliza Joy Lane in the City of Idaho Falls. The project will widen S. Holmes Ave. to accommodate a two-way left-turn lane. It will also provide curb & gutter/storm drainage, address a canal relocation, and construct a pathway along the west of W. Holmes to connect residential areas to Taylor View Middle School down to Elisa Joy Lane.
