Renovation of a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hillcrest High School / Sandcreek Middle School Sprinkler System. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. This check or bid bond shall be forfeited in case the bidder fails or refuses to enter into contract or furnish the Performance Bond required within ten (10) days after date of award. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the bid opening or before contract is awarded unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. All bidders must have a Public Works Contractor's License issued by the State of Idaho. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept or reject any or all bids, or accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of the School District.
