Site work for a water / sewer project in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of June 10, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Idaho Falls Power as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of The City of Idaho Falls. The Project includes the following Work: Install an earth embankment coffer dam at the location in the plans. Import of the embankment material per the engineer specifications, install the coffer dam, monitor the seepage, dewater the seepage, the controlled removal of the coffer dam/rewatering of the channel, and export of the used coffer dam material. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $150,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Submit questions to: Jason Cooper, Generation Superintendent CDSE, e-mail: jcooper@ifpower.org Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
