Re-roofing, re-cladding and overall weather-tightening of the Don Friday Press Box at Goerke Park. Refer to Front-End Documents for full Project Description. Completion Date: 3 Options: Option 1 - Project Start Date: Immediately. Option 1 - Project Final Completion (no later than): August 15, 2025. Option 2 - Project Start Date: November 15, 2025 Option 2 - Project Final Completion (no later than): April 15, 2026 Option 3 - Project Start Date: June 1, 2026 Option 3 - Project Final Completion (no later than): August 15, 2026. Base Bid o Complete Re-Cladding of Don Friday Press Box as indicated in drawings o Complete replacement of Existing Roofing at Press Box and Upper Boxes. o Please note, inspection of the existing structure beneath the existing membrane roof will be necessary once roof has been removed, as past leaking issues have been identified but source/cause of leaking is unknown at this time. o Complete replacement of existing windows o Salvage (4) existing glazing panes from north end (Chancellor's Box). o (2) existing salvaged glazing panes to be reused at upper media level boxes. o Please note, inspection of the existing structure surrounding the existing windows will be necessary once windows have been removed, as past leaking issues have been identified but source/cause of leaking is unknown at this time. o Install insulation in all exterior wall cavities and floor cavities. o Please note, inspection of all exposed wall studs, all floor joists, and all exposed floor sheathing will be necessary prior to installing insulation. o Wall insulation options include batt, spray foam or injected foam. Note: batt and spray foam will require the removal and reinstallation of existing siding/sheathing. o Floor insulation must be spray foam o Install soffit and insulation around exposed duct work at (2) main entrances. o Removal and disposal of existing RTU atop Don Friday Press Box. Replacement of RTU in-kind as indicated in the Specifications. o Removal of existing Mini-Split atop Don Friday Press Box. Store and reinstall. o Removal and reinstallation of all press-box mounted equipment as identified on the plans and as directed by the owner. o Electrical connection of RTU and reconnection of Mini-Split. o Removal of (2) existing entry doors and frames. o Replacement of remaining (5) exterior doors with insulated, exterior-rated doors.
