Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work in general shall consist of the following work items: Single base bid for removing and replacing sidewalks, stoops, concrete stairs, landscaping all as shown on the drawings and specifications. A bid bond of 5% is required to be submitted with the bids for bids over $25,000 and the bonding company listed in Circular 570. The Stevens Point Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period ofsixty (60) days subsequent to the opening ofbids without the consent ofthe Stevens Point Housing Authority.
