Market Square Park, LLC (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Market Square Park Site & Landscape Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Provide labor, materials and equipment for the removal, stockpiling & reuse of existing gravel, demolition of existing old building foundation walls below grade, grading & drainage, site lighting & electrical, a performance stage/shelter pad & ramp, erecting a premanufactured stage/shelter canopy, concrete paving, unit paving, brick & block planter walls with limestone caps, synthetic turf and landscaping as depicted in the drawings and specifications.
