Renovation of an office development in Wailuku, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The work generally includes the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct new framed/gypsum board wall, install new automatic entrance, door hardware, glazing, glass film; new ceiling grid/tile modifications; and all necessary electrical work. Work is located at the Kalana O Maui Building, 200 S. High St., Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. Estimated construction cost is between $75,000 to $150,000. Bidders shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 1030-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103 D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103- D and any amendments thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
