Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Aiu, Ana Marie D. The provisions of this Section shall govern the activities of the Contractor under this contract for required/requested inspection, maintenance and repair services by the Harbors Hawaii District personnel at Hilo Harbor on the Island of Hawaii. All items necessary to return the lift station equipment to a safe condition and within the requirements set forth by the current codes shall be considered part of the lift station equipment and shall be maintained as per these Specifications unless specifically noted in these Specifications. 1.2 LICENSING REQUIREMENT - There is no specialty license classification for a "Mechanical Contractor". The term is used to group contractors with specialty licenses that work on mechanical devices. Due to the nature of work contemplated, bidders must possess a valid State Contractor's license that allows the contractor to work on sewer lift stations. The types of licenses that a Contractor may have include an "A" License (General Engineering) and/or one or more of the specialty licenses that allow work on sewer lift stations. The Contractor shall provide at least three (3) examples and references from the owners of sewer lift station repairs that the company has worked on within that past three (3) years. The references shall be included in the proposal.
