The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site in Brookline, Massachusetts. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment and supervision as required to replace the asphalt roof at John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site. Information is provided in the Statement of Work, included with the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance: 05/23/2025 to 07/22/2025 Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the due date and time for proposals. Proper insulation of electrical service is the responsibility of the contractor. All OSHA rules apply when working near the electrical connection.
