Questions may be directed to: Lisa Brown, lmbrown@brooklinehousing.org This project is being undertaken to replace aging video recording servers currently operating on unsupported versions of the Windows operating system. These legacy systems present security, compatibility, and maintenance challenges. The upgraded servers must support the continued use of the BHA's existing Avigilon camera systems while providing improved system stability, secure remote access, and video retention capabilities. III. PROJECT LOCATIONS The project will take place at five (5) residential sites owned and operated by the Brookline Housing Authority, all located within the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts. Site-specific addresses and access details will be provided to the awarded vendor following contract execution. The selected vendor shall: 1. Furnish and install one (1) video recording appliance at each of the five properties. Appliances must: o Be compatible with existing Avigilon Control Center (ACC) camera systems. o Support a minimum of 30 days of on-site video storage. o Include configuration for remote access via internet-enabled devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.), contingent on the BHA maintaining a static IP internet connection. o Operate on a supported version of the Windows operating system (Windows 11). 2. Reinstall and configure existing Avigilon software licenses and settings to maintain full functionality of the current camera systems. The number of existing cameras at each site ranges from approximately 11 to 40. 3. Provide system commissioning, including configuration, testing, and remote access setup. 4. Provide basic user training and documentation to BHA staff.
