The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all old components and debris generated from the tear-out. Debris must be removed from the site 3.1. The current freezer measures 12' x 12'. The new freezer is to measure 12' x 20'. A new concrete pad extending the current freezer location has been installed to accommodate the increase in size. 3.2. The outdoor condensing unit for the freezer is to be placed on the new pad. 3.3. Contractor must also supply and install Channel Manufacturing, Inc., or comparable, NSF-certified rust-proof wire-coated shelving. Contractor shall configure and install shelving to maximize available storage with the space configuration of the freezer unit. 3.4. Electrical requirements for the outdoor and indoor unit(s) is 208/230v, single phase.
