The Port of Tacoma (PORT) and The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) are soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified and interested in providing civil and structural engineering services on an on-call basis. The successful respondent may be precluded from competing for, or participating in, subsequent contracts that are the direct result of or primarily generated by, the work performed under the contract resulting from this procurement.
