Description The Work includes site work, normal concrete work, structural concrete work, structural steel framing, face brick and concrete block walls including load bearing cmu, steel joists, metal deck, lightweight insulating con!crete, manufactured roof panels, roof insulation, modified bitumen and/or PTO roofing, roof accessories, aluminum storefront and entrances, steel doors and frames, wood doors, hardware, glazing, millwork and interior finishes, including vinyl flooring, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, acoustical panel ceilings, acoustical baffles, and specialties, including visual display boards, toilet partitions, and toilet accessories, equipment, including kitchen equipment and athletic equipment, and furnishing for the media center. The Work also includes complete plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, including intercommunication systems, television distribution systems, public address systems, and structural wiring systems for data/voice services. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time has been called on date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price.
