The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals, through a competitive process, to provide roofing rehabilitation services at EMWDs Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (MVRWRF) Digester Building. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 at 4:00 PM PT All general inquiries shall be directed to Travis Hill in the Purchasing and Contracts Department at (951) 928-3777, ext. 6268. To be given consideration, all technical inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted on the EMWD e-Procurement website, under Questions and Answers (Q & A) tab, by the deadline as specified in section 3.1. QA- June 23, 2025: Yes, District staff will not be allowed in the building during any cutting operations. Contractor to provide signage to notify staff that entry is not allowed. Contractor shall contain all residuals from cutting work prior to opening the space to District staff. Yes, District staff will assist in isolating electric circuits in the building The removed panels must be replaced on the ceiling, either by tack welding the removed panel or providing a new steel panel sheet.
