Reference Number 0000389534 Perris Valley Channel Lateral B, Stage 4 Project is a District-led storm drain improvement project of approximately 6,000 linear feet of underground reinforced concrete box that will reduce flooding to the March Air Reserve Base (MARB) and enable future storm drain extensions and flood protection to adjacent properties west of the Base. The Project is located along the west perimeter of MARB and East of I215NB on or adjacent to property within the MARB, City of Perris , the March Joint Powers Authority (MJPA) and private properties within recently recorded District easements. The project will collect 100-year runoff from the existing Perris Valley Channel Lateral B, Stage 5 storm drain, and will convey the flows south-east to the existing Perris Valley Channel Lateral B, Stage 2 at Heacock Street.
