EMWD is issuing this RFQ to shortlist qualified firms to perform Engineering Design related services based on the EMWD's needs. EMWD will select proposers based on their qualified expertise to perform engineering design services. Upon final selection, a short list will be established and 1 Agreement per category will be issued to the selected proposers for a two (2)-year period with one-year optional extension. Each qualified proposer would still be required to submit a proposal for each project and, if accepted, a Task Order will be issued under the Agreement detailing the specifics of each project. Vendors may submit qualifications for as many or as few of the categories as they are qualified. For instance, if your firm provides Pipeline Design Services and Sewage Lift Station Design Services, your submission should include qualifications for Category 1 and Category 3. If your firm only provides Electrical Engineering Services then only submit under Category 5. The Engineering Design Categories1-5 are as listed: 1) Pipelines 2) Potable and Recycled Water Storage and Conveyance Facilities 3) Sewage Lift Stations 4) Structural Engineering 5) Electrical Engineering The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
