The services to be rendered pursuant to this IFB consist, in general, to perform parking lot repairs and sealing to the Housing Authority of the City of Riverbank parking areas. Maps of each location are provided in Exhibit I. This project involves the repair of paved sections concrete valley gutters and aprons, pavement sealing, crack filing and striping. Work will not start until October 2025 Work Areas: Burney Court: Road will need to be milled and overlayed. Parking areas will need sealed and stripe Curbs will need to be repainted red in designated areas Rossi Units: Parking areas will need sealed and stripe Scheela Units: Parking area needs to be milled and overlayed Parking areas will need sealed and stripe Last Day for Questions: April 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Contractor must hold a valid California Contractor's License C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractors license with all appropriate bonding and insurance required by the State of California and have the ability to obtain all required permitting either through local, state and federal agencies and being in good standing with all governing agencies. The Contractor shall provide to the Authority copies of any required current city, state and/or federal licenses. Failure to maintain these licenses in a current status during the term(s) of this contract shall constitute a material breach thereof.
