No definite date for the rebid.** Water and Sewer Line Replacement - Riverside/High Street Project Question Deadline 05/19/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Engineer. Replies will be issued only by Addenda. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening bids will not be answered. Work on the project includes, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals, necessary for, asphalt grinding & paving, curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA access driveways, sewer pipeline, sewer lateral, sewer manhole removal & installation, water pipeline, water service, water meter removal and installation, striping, traffic control, and all other work included on the plans for the above mentioned project. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. One-hundred (100) working days will be allowed for completion of all work under the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid. All proposals or bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check payable to the order of the City of Riverbank, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, or by a bond in said amount payable to the City of Riverbank, signed by the bidder and a corporate surety, or by the bidder and two sureties who shall justify before any officer competent to administer an oath. A payment bond prepared and executed in accordance with California Civil Code Sections 3247 and 3248 and a bond for faithful performance of the contract will be required of the Contractor who is awarded the contract.
