Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of new 8-foot high chain link fence with 3-strand barbed wire, chain link swing gates, motorized horizontal slide gate, approximately 5,540 SF of AC pavement, approximately 1,565 SF of 6" concrete, electrical conduits and handholes, pole mounted lights and a building mounted light. Work also includes demolishing existing fence, manhole adjustments, and clearing and grubbing with minor grading. Question Cut Off Date 5/5/2025 02:00:00 PM (PT) The Engineer's estimate is: $441,000 - $539,000 Answers Due Date 5/6/2025 02 :00 PM (PT) All questions submitted prior to the Question cut-off will be answered no later than two (2) business days before the Bid Opening. There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and Bidders will be notified electronically of the results. This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
