Demolition of the existing buildings and all utilities of the two facilities located at 315 and 335 Record Street, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Estimated Bid Value $700,000 -$850,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated Damages $2,500 per day Bidders must be prequalified pursuant to NRS 338.1382(1)(a) to bid on the project.
