The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District invites and will receive sealed bids for the Washroom Improvements ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE WASHOE COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form supplied with the contract documents along with the required documents identified in the bidding requirements. Electronic or E-Mailed bids will not be accepted. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed best for the interest of the Owner Project consists of interior improvements to the storage/washroom, including the installation of new commercial washroom equipment. Equipment includes washers, dryers, soak tank, wash sink and a water heater. C. Bid RFI Deadline: May 16, 2025, at 5:00pm local time.
