Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Construct a tool room addition on the existing FMS2 facility. Remove existing site concrete and selective demolition of existing wall. Construction to include concrete footings and slab on grade, unit masonry bearing walls, steel roof framing and decking, membrane roofing, insulation, interior metal stud framing and gypsum board finish, steel door and frame, aluminum storefront windows, interior finishes, mechanical and plumbing work for new room, and electrical and telecom work for new room.
