Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the expansion of the corporate parking lot with 13 additional parking stalls, installing a new light pole, upgrading existing light head fixtures with LED head units, and various landscaping improvements. The Engineers estimate is: $242,550 - $296,450 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
