Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of demolition, construction, and limited site work for 2 premanufactured seasonal restrooms and a premanufactured pavilion. The existing 2 restrooms and pavilion were built after 1970s. The City provided, CXT premanufactured buildings will be ready for installation by April 13, 2026 and will have the delivery and final installation in coordination with the General Contractor. Final utility connections inside the buildings will be done by the General Contractor and Electrical Contractor for their respective work scope.
