The Purpose of This Project is to Provide a Duct Bank That Will Provide 13.2kv Service to Morrill Hall and Hall That Are Currently on Our 2.4kv Service. We Will Be Installing New 3-way and 2-way Duct Banks Underneath Central Avenue to Prepare for the Future Installation of 13.2kv Cable to Morrill Hall and Hall. The Contractor Will Be Responsible for the Excavation, Installation of Conduit/manholes, and the Repair of All Site Work. Estimated Construction Budget $325,000-$330,000 *the Value for This Project is Based on a Financial Range. The Value is Listed as the Highest Possible Cost From the Range Provided by a Stakeholder or Official Project Document. Deadline for Rfi 06/10/2025 at 12:00am Start: Within Fourteen (14) Days Of Written Authorization Completion: August 15, 2025 Each Bidder will be required to furnish a Bid Bond electronically via the electronic project management Bid Portal in the amount of 10% of the Bid Amount Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in its sole and reasonable discretion.
