Refugio County will be accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Owner's Representative Services for the Refugio County Historic Courthouse located in Refugio County, Texas. Question Deadline 04/28/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions must be submitted in writing via online. Telephone inquiries will not be considered. No statement may in any way qualify, modify, substitute or change any part of the instructions to respondents. Refugio County reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time, to reject any and all statements or proposals, and to award this solicitation for proposals to the proposer that offers the best value to the County, taking a weighted evaluation into consideration as set forth in this RFQ or other procedure under the Texas Local Government Code. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
