The Project generally includes but is not limited to the construction of approximately 1,750 linear feet of 6" HDPE sanitary sewer force main along Route 6/209. The Project will tie into the existing force main. The work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents. Lower Library Remodel ACC's library was added to our Main Building in 1990 as a two-story structure that is entered from the Main Building's 2 nd level where the circulation desk and other student support areas are located. The lower level of the library houses most of the college's collection of books and materials, has study rooms, study carrels, and seating areas and is the 'quiet area' for students. The 1st level is serviced by a library elevator and has public restrooms. Historically, all access to the library has been from the 2 nd floor entry. As ACC has limited available space and a need to relocate a work unit from a leased facility into the Main Building, a work unit is being relocated from the 2 nd floor of the Main Building into the lower library in this project. Once this project's work unit has vacated their current location, it will be backfilled by the offsite work unit; the objective is to complete both moves prior to mid-October.
