The Town of Duxbury (town), Acting Through Its Chief Procurement Officer, is Seeking Proposals on Behalf of the Duxbury Affordable Housing Trust (the trust), From Qualified Developers for the Development of a Mixed-income Homeownership Housing Development on a Portion of the Trust-owned Property Located at 0 East Street, Duxbury, Containing 39.11 Acres. The Property, Totaling 39.11 Acres, is Located on East Street, Identified by the Assessor's Office as Parcel 058-500-021, and Described in a Deed Recorded With the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 52541, Page 63 (the premises). All Inquiries or Questions About the Proposal and/or the Property Must Be Submitted in Writing by Email to Ball@duxbury-ma.gov No Later Than 1:00 P.m. September 25, 2025. Such Emails Shall Have a Subject Line Entitled: east St. Rfp Inquiry. Inquiries Received After This Deadline Will Not Be Answered. All Inquiries and Responses Will Be Shared With All Proposers Who Have Provided Their Contact Information to the Town. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Responses, to Waive Informalities and to Award in the Best Interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
