Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Provide & Install New Carpet in the Westside Band Room & Office. Question Deadline 04/26/2025 All questions should be emailed to the Director of Purchasing & Warehouse Services to scottorr@Anderson5.net Location: Westside High Band Room & Office(s) 1. Supply and install and Pattern Perspective carpet tile in the band room & offices (437.47 square yards) 2. Supply & install Tarkett 4'6 charcoal cove base 3. Mandatory Site visit: See page 1 for details 4. All meetings require a prior notice of 24 business hours 5. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site 6. All debris must be removed & disposed off site 7. No tobacco products of any kind on school grounds 24/7/365 8. Invoice must be submitted within 30 days of work being completed 9.
