Renovation of a residential development in Snyder, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
2023/2024 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM consisting of window removal and replacement at selected units as described at located on three sites in Snyder , Oklahoma . Bids shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision t o accomplish the described work and other miscellaneous related work. This contract relates to the renovation work at selected locations located the Housing Authority site in Idabel, Oklahoma. Bids for this project will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the work items indicated on drawings and/or described in the specifications. Below is a non-inclusive list of work items at various locations on the Housing Authority Sites : Dwelling Units: 1. Remove and Replace Exterior windows and security screens at selected dwellings/buildings. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to the Ryan Housing Authority, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Security checks will be returned to all but the th ree lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities are retained until the contract is awarded. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance, payment and defect bond or bonds or other acceptable forms of guarantee. Each bidder shall complete the NONCOLLUSIVE AFFIDAVIT , Certification of Bidder regarding EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY , Certification of Bidder regarding NONSEGREGATED FACILITIES , Statement of BIDDERS RELATIONSHIP , Statement of BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS and submit them in the bid package. The other documents (form of CONTRACT , SECTION 3 CLAUSE , etc.) will be required prior to issuing NOTICE TO PROCEED if you, as the Contractor, in fact, are the successful and accepted bidder on the project. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security, or other data required to be submitted with the bid, or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular or non - conforming. It is the intent of the Housing Authority to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder provided the bid does not exceed the funds available. The Housing Authority shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids and to accept the bid that, in its judgment, is in its own best interest. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority. Doc Notes: Copies of bid packets may be obtained from the Architect's office by qualified bidders . An electronic PDF version of bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written. Oral requests must be confirmed in writing.
