Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Snyder, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of Water System Improvements including: construction of an Office/Lab CMU Building and Foundation, Liquid Ammonium Sulfate Building and Foundation, Liquid Ammonium Sulfate System, Sodium Chlorite Building and Foundation, Sodium Chlorite and Chlorine Dioxide System, Chlorine Gas/Chlorine Dioxide CMU Building and Foundation, Chlorine Gas System, Chemical Feed Piping, Electrical Building and Foundation, 50 Gpm Side Stream Pump Station, Static Mixer Vaults in various sizes, Flow Meters and Vaults, Clearwell Hatch Modifications, installation of 12", 10", and 6" PVC C900 DR-18 Water Mains, 12" and 6" Gate Valves & Boxes, various Bends and Reducers, SCADA and Telemetry, Lift Station and Force Main, RPZ Backflow Preventer and Enclosure, Site Demolition, Bollards, Interconnections, Gravel Drive, Electrical System Improvements, 30'-Wide Gate, Sawcut Pavement, Filter Improvements, SCADA for Filters, Bypass and Plant Operational Continuity During Construction, Hydrostatic Pressure Testing and Disinfection, Erosion Control, Remote Read Meters and Meter Installation of various sizes, and Drive By System. All work and materials must comply with the provided Plans and Specifications. Each bidder must accompany their bid with a certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Bond for 5% of the bid amount, a DW-412 Non-collusion Affidavit, and a DW-413 Business Relationships Affidavit. Performance, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract price from a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma are required. A Maintenance Bond for one year after acceptance of work is also required. Bidders must comply with Equal Opportunity Employment, Department of Environmental Quality Small, Minority, Women's Businesses Requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours Standards Act, Davis Bacon Act wage rules, and American Iron and Steel provisions. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required. Only bids received on time and in accordance with the instructions will be considered. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, with the Owner reserving the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
