Site work for a water / sewer project in Courtenay, British Columbia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Anderton Sanitary Lift Station project. The City of Courtenay is proceeding with remediation works along the existing Courtenay Riverbank to naturalize the foreshore. These works include the demolition of the adjacent Anderton Arms apartment building some time in 2025, the future removal of the existing steel retaining structure, and a naturalized sloped bank extending towards Anderton Avenue. To facilitate this project, relocation of the existing Anderton Lift Station will be required. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Tender and construction timelines are undetermined. Further update in spring 2026, upon approvals.
