This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the following projects. The renovations to three properties in Courtenay, 941A England Avenue, 635 Fitzgerald Avenue, and #101-1742 Cliffe Avenue to facilitate a space swap between the buildings. The renovations include but are not limited to electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, and renovations. Complete a security upgrade project for 3 properties in Courtenay, 941A, C, and 961 England Avenue. This project provides lighting upgrades, CCTV, and card access to these three buildings.
