Project has been cancelled Project Description: NC State Biological and Agricultural Engineering seeks proposals from qualified contractors to build a free-standing sheet pile bulwark within an existing wet pond located at 350 College Rd. Wilmington, NC 28403. The wet pond is within a commercial parking lot, and the retrofit aims to improve the water quality performance of the pond by lengthening the hydraulic retention time and minimizing short-circuiting within the pond. Questions concerning the RFP requirements must be submitted in writing via email to kgshelto@ncsu.edu, Subject Line: RFP #63-KGS1088552 Deadline is 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum to this RFP. No other contact with university representatives regarding this RFP is allowed during the proposal process
