Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
This tennis court project will be a conversion of four (4) existing asphalt tennis courts to clay courts and the addition of two (2) new clay courts within the existing tennis facility at Stables Park in Pawleys Island, SC. The project also includes lighting at the new clay courts and upgrades to ALL existing courts to LED fixtures to meet USTA Standards, sidewalks, utilities, grading, drainage, signage, fencing, landscape and irrigation. Bids should include a Base Bid and Alternate 1 – Championship Court as summarized below. BASE BID: Work includes completion of the six (6) clay courts, tennis court lighting and fencing, grading, drainage, utilities, pedestrian walkways, court signage and irrigation. ADD/ALTERNATE #1: Championship Court: Add one (1) clay court with tennis court lighting and fencing.
