This solicitation is for the capture and disposal of wastewater for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA) located at Army Aviation Support Facility #1, 1501 N. Industrial Park Road, Hammond, LA 70401. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
