This specification outlines the requirements for a Contractor to supply all labor, equipment and materials to complete laydown yard water mitigation, excavation, grading, paving, and painting of parking and traffic markings at the Hillsborough County Traffic Control property. Project areas would include the laydown yard that lies in front of the Traffic Control main offices. See the enclosed exhibits showing these work areas. Areas and quantities shown on these exhibits are approximations. The contractor is responsible for estimating areas and quantities. Due to the nature of the use, this project shall be completed in phases to allow for pedestrian and vehicular operation. The Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) Project Manager for the sportsplex shall notify the appropriate personnel of the status of the project and of the areas where work will be progressing. The final day for asking questions regarding this ITB is Wednesday, May 7, 2025 not later than 10am. All questions regarding this Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be submitted in writing and emailed to bids@tampasportsauthority.com. The TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, if any, and accept the bid, which in the judgment of the Authority, is determined to be in its best interest.
