The project includes the following: 1. The perimeter of the 53,200ft 2 Berth 301 will be constructed of a steel sheet pile combination wall with reinforced concrete cap along two sides and approximately 40,170ft2 of imported structural fill will be utilized to fill the interior portion and will be capped with an asphaltic pavement section. 2. One pile supported high wind mooring point. 3. Multiple mooring bollards and fender systems. 4. Upland improvements include grading, utilities (electrical, water and stormwater), and lighting. 5. Installation of an asphaltic access road will be included along the north side of Berth 301, and will connect to the existing access road at the west end of the new berth. Completion-300 calendar days
