Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of full depth milling and repaving approximately 9,400 SY on Lake Street and Voss Court, and other miscellaneous items of work. This project is partially funded by the WisDOT Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Town of Burlington for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
